MCG Careers Inc. provides one-on-one career and employment coaching, job placement training, workshops, occupational skills training, work experience opportunities and targeted initiatives for youth and older workers. MCG’s dedicated and experienced staff help individuals reach their career and employment goals. With offices in Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Red Deer, Calgary, Okotoks and High River, MCG serves a diverse population including those with barriers to employment.
The Career Centre is the source for career and employment information and expertise at the University of Alberta. We strive to empower the talented people of the U of A in developing the skills, knowledge, experiences, and connections they need to confidently manage their careers.
JobLinks provides pre-employment and employment supports for people with medical barriers or disabilities to prepare for, pursue, secure and maintain employment. Walk-in services available for basic job-search needs and more comprehensive services are available for people who qualify for government-funded individualized services. JobLinks is a division of the Ability Resource Association which is a not for profit registered charity.
